The Institute for Gratitude in Healthcare is an innovative education program offering of the Gratitude Health Group, a leader in creating and presenting innovative gratitude education and training for healthcare organizations. Our goal is to inspire clinicians to fully understand and respond appropriately to expressions of gratitude from patients and families.
The Gratitude Health Group offers our proprietary services to hospitals and health systems, hospice and continuing care organizations, medical associations, insurance companies, and other entities that will realize enhanced value in unleashing the power of patient and family gratitude in healthcare.
With over 30+ years of experience in healthcare, the President & Chief Gratitude Officer of the Gratitude Health Group, Bruce A. Bartoo, MPA has an intense passion for inspiring healthcare professionals. Bruce also teams with several clinician leaders who participate in amplifying the power of gratitude in healthcare.
